They do have glass staircase railings. We copied their staircase when the floating staircase fell through.
Oh—but they don’t have all the mood lighting and umpteen remotes your unit does!
That other unit might not have all the mood lighting…but I’ll bet it DOES have a functioning toilet in the master bathroom.?
I want to warn everyone that thinks they want one of those European wall toilets (which is still not functioning in the master bathroom). Not only are the parts and pieces expensive, a large labor and material cost is involved.

you have to order the wall unit long before you are ever going to be able to test anything. This means that you could have it plumbed into the wall for a couple of months before you can mount the toilet to see if it works. By the time that happens, everything is beyond the return time period. We did not find out that owner ordered the wrong bidet seat until 70 days and he had a really hard time trying to return it and research correct replacement

you are going to spend a lot of money rearranging studs and rebuilding structure in bathroom walls. Because, of course, the toilet wall unit needs to be placed right where a stud is. Also, it is wider than standard stud spacing so you have to put in a header and box it in. And, if older water pipes are in the way, they have to be moved.

you have to completely change drain lines if installing in an existing bathroom. We had to open up floor and move sewer drain into new drain lines in wall behind toilet. We were redoing all the cast iron anyway, but still a nightmare to replumb. And it requires a vent pipe in a different place.

someone could drill a drywall screw into the wall tank!! Been there, done that

and finally, the thing doesn’t flush worth beans. After getting everything together we did a test of one square of toilet paper and it took 2 flushes to get it down. You have to hold that wall button in for a long time to get any force. Try telling your kids or guests that secret!! I think there is an adjustment lever somewhere but the install instructions are worthless and you have to pull the toilet apart to find the adjustment knob
OMG!!! It rains here harder than in Seattle! Just kidding. Hope the roof is holding up on the t’home.
Yes, we’ve had 2 days of freaky short heavy thunder storms. Have never seen these before. Welcome to San Diego
CB, I don’t think you charge enough for the work you do. Seriously,
Glad to hear you are taking a bit of time off to work on your own house!
