Flip This House #5

That’s mighty pretty, @BunsenBurner .

Great views but many of the finishes look cheap and dated to me. Kitchen would have been much better if they moved the cooking surface to the wall to the right of the window, added a hood, and did away with that solid line of uppers.

Maybe that’s why it is so inexpensive. Kitchens etc. can be easily remodeled and changed. Alas, views cannot be added to a property that does not have them. Plus, not all cook as much as Consolation does…

Personally, I like island cooktops. When I am cooking, I do not feel like a little girl who was put in a timeout facing the wall.

I hope the new owner is not off dealing with newborns and can enjoy the beautiful sunset tonight.

I hope too! I would be glued to a chair on that deck, perferably, with a glass of good wine.

Here is my neck of the woods, the sunset side of the lake is more expensive than the sunrise side, even within the same city and school district. I too would pay extra for the sun that I can enjoy after work, not while I am frantically getting ready to run to work.

Got my first frantic email through the agents. Buyer somehow jammed the dumbwaiter. I referred him to reset button and the instruction booklet

Now I know why they were installing Elfa… I am sitting in a pizza house across the street from a Container Store and looking at the large ad in their window that says “Elfa Sale.” Smart guy.

I love Elfa products… my kids are still using the cabinet sized drawers on wheels I got them more than 10 years ago.
