@cakeisgreat See attached links. This major is in the College of Agriculture & Science. Fall 2014, there were 41 applications, 32 acceptances and 9 enrolled. So, it appears to be a very small program by itself. However, the “core” classes required science and math classes (2 years BIO & CHEM, PHYS, Calc) are all consistent with other majors within the College of Science with significant participants. For example, General Bioscience major has about 1,100 Freshman, Chem major 100. I also included a link to VT’s Post graduation survey information.
