I agree, a CCC with only three applicants wouldn’t be statistically significant (no discernible pattern in the data). I didn’t mean to say De Anza has the same rank as SMC.
I was just addressing the transfer rates (though now I’m not sure if transfer rates means admits/year or admits/applicants) to show, as you said, that students have an equal chance as both CCs.
