<p>I’m not sure how great of an artist or improvist you are, but you could buy sponges in the shape of clouds or a nice sponge that will give a cloud effect, like a sea sponge. They work pretty nice for cloud effects.</p>

<p>I have always wanted to decorate a stage set or paint an entire room and decorate it to a theme, but I live in a house where the walls are old and are the type that cannot be painted.</p>
