Foreign Language Placement Tests

A 2 is really low and pretty attainable. I think most people I talked to scored at least a 2.

I haven’t taken Spanish since 7th grade and I was talking to one of the Spanish professors about possibly taking it in college. She suggested that I take the placement test because she said I could surely start in 121.

Language sequencing is: 109, 110, 122. Each are three hours.

If you’ve previously studied the language but aren’t very good at it, they place you into 121. 121 is four hours and it covers everything that 109 and 110 cover in a single semester. You then take 122.

Take the test. Try your best. You never know.
