I echo the advice about contacting them and saying they are on the way.
There was a bit of a stir at UCSC in 2015 when they revoked over 500 students for late transcripts. See https://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-uc-irvine-rescissions-20170728-story.html The story going around was the schools had more students accept offers than they expected so they used any reason to thin it out.
I don’t think UCLA would do this, but I suggest creating a record showing that you are complying as best as possible with the rules.
