Not everybody lives near a community college.

Well thats a life choice not to live where you kids can get a good college education locally for a reasonable price. The alternative is to actually save for college if you know there is no good community college options.

So…if a student wants to get a decent education that will not put them into crippling personal debt, they should absolutely make the choice not to be born to parents who are poor and who live somewhere rural. Got it.
