<p>You can never go wrong freezing stews and casseroles. I agree that there are terrific pre made frozen meals out there if you choose with care, especially at Trader Joe’s. If there are ethnic supermarkets in his area, you can sometimes find fantastic products imported from around the world at reasonable prices. My favorites are the Indian frozen foods you can get at a South Asian supermarket. They even have excellent naan that crisps up in the toaster oven.</p>
<p>Salmon burgers and turkey burgers are my diet staples when rest of the family is not around. I put them on frozen on heated George Foreman grill and they are done in 5 minutes. Birds eye makes a line of complete side dishes that go on sale for $0.99 at my local store. The Italian vegetables is my favorite w a salmon burger. </p>
