<p>No it isn’t. Dual majors are specifically designed by the colleges, departments and advisors and can’t just be set up out of thin air. You also can’t Double major because to do so, both majors have to be in the same college.</p>
<p>To switch you’d have to apply to the internal transfer program to switch out of the College of Engineering and into CAS… well, whichever one of the three CAS colleges that architecture is in- can’t remember. It is usually pretty easy to switch into CAS, but architecture is a very tough major and they start out on hard material right away, so the architecture advisor probably won’t let you transfer into it unless you not only really really prove you want to do it, but also prove that you can fit it into your schedule and still graduate on time. Even being a freshman, if you didn’t come in with a lot of transfer credit, you might have to give up a co-op because some classes have to be taken in a certain order.</p>
