As per US Code Title 10 Subtitle D Part III Chapter 903 paragraph j, RTBdad is kinda correct. The allocation now is 4400. There is no law limiting the number of graduates out of this total number. If the numbers at the last day of class each year exceed this end strenght by more than 1%, there are ramifications which are not pleasant. So if a cadet has an academic board after second semester and the total Cadet Corps strength is 4445, make plans to be a civilian. Smilie.
