<p>This tax season if going to be my first time establishing independence…though its really confusing and difficult to gain residency, ive read to much different info on it lol its amazing i just wish NY was the only two states NOT participating in an exchange program. </p>
<p>Most schools ive spoke to said i would have to live there THREE years and providing the past three years tax returns, then get a chance -_-</p>
