<p>Frontiers is a cash cow for WPI to develop capital since the program doesn’t give out financial aid (quoted from here: [Ranking</a> - WPI](<a href=“http://www.wpi.edu/offices/president/ranking.html]Ranking”>http://www.wpi.edu/offices/president/ranking.html)). It probably doesn’t hurt your chances to do the program but be sure to balance the high costs and the potential benefits. It probably doesn’t help too much with admissions and I would not do it. If you want to do a summer program that will help you in college applications, there are many more selective summer programs such as summer research programs whcih can probably help you get huge scholarships from WPI and maybe even get admitted into Harvard or Princeton.</p>
