I applied to the honors program, because I had only taken the ACT once (the test location was an hour away) and had received a 28 on it. It was a simple process; so even if your son doesn’t get an invite, he can apply and will most likely get in! I got in with just a 28, but my personal statement was pretty awesome, so that may have been another factor!</p>
