<p>You’re never going to find a apartment with all positive reviews. Seminole Grand is an alright place. It’s near French Town, the bad area, but Seminole Grand is surrounded by a fence and the entrance is guarded. The biggest problem is that it’s a very very large complex, so you get a big mix of people (and their friends).</p>
