<p>If I recall, last year priority numbers got over 9000 and they never told anyone to start looking off campus. It probably had to do with the application changing to where the only guaranteed way of getting out of the housing contract was not attending FSU. </p>
<p>But yes, with a priority number below 7000 you are pretty much guaranteed on-campus housing. </p>
<p>For LLCs, application date does not matter. :)</p>
