Funding Issues?

Gov Wolf feels the walls closing in on him as members of his own party are pressing him to sign the budget.
Both the democratic and republican versions/visions for the budget supports the unprecedented 5% increase for state-related schools (after years of flat or reduced budgets). If no budget is passed it seems only fair that the in-state tuition break be removed or greatly reduced. After all, in state-tuition is justified due to tax payer contributions to state universities- which in the case of PA is dismal to begin with. If you are concerned call your state legislator’s and the Gov’s offices.
