<p>Safe & Convenient is the edge of South Oakland, or North Oakland/the edge of Shadyside. If you consider buses convenient, also look at Squirrel Hill and deeper Shadyside.</p>
<p>Partially furnished will be harder. A lot of places just don’t do it, unless you are subletting, or the person before you decides to sell their furniture to you. Honestly, not knowing where the furniture has been or who used it, you’re better off either ordering for delivery from IKEA or getting furniture from someone in Pittsburgh on Craigslist who can deliver to the apartment.</p>
<p>I’d recommend looking at listings on Craigslist. Something I have heard from multiple people is to avoid anything from Lobos management.</p>
