<p>lol…true. We’re oil field trash (DH worked for 25 years with majors and now is a founder of a private-equity startup) and this always gives us a chuckle.</p>
<p>He says rather than strike, devote that all that effort to demanding more refineries (for the near term) and more alternative fuel research (for the long term). Or in other words, take your beef up with your elected representatives…getting mad at only oil companies is purely misguided and does nothing to address the major problem which is an increasingly scarce resource.</p>
