Gay Life at Tulane and William & Mary

I wouldn’t even venture to say that the atmosphere at William and Mary is “tolerant” towards diversity. I don’t notice that. It’s very much a “non issue” as it should be. What I do notice is that it is a very welcoming and friendly campus to be on. There is a vibrancy of kindness and acceptance, but this has little to do with one’s sexuality. Consider that your sexuality is only a small part of who you are and really not much of a serious consideration when picking a college. Especially a college, the caliber of William and Mary. One’s sexual preference is way down the list of things I consider before entering into friendships. There don’t appear to be any flaming gays walking around flaunting on campus, if that is what you mean. Go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for “cuz it aint here”. If you are ready to learn and make great friendships regardless of your ethnicity or sexual preference, consider William and Mary.

Your question is what perpetuates all of this gay/straight stuff. Your question is similar to a heterosexual guy chosing a college because of the hot babes on campus. Really! Sheesh!

Peace out.
