Thank you!! Still a little worried because this was a bit more in my control than that (had to request the report manually, which I didn’t know) but I guess a decision’s already been made.

Try pasting the link in a new tab, that seemed to work a lot faster for me.

Your issue may be related to some local DNS issues. Can you try to access the same site from your Phone/another computer (not on the same WiFi)?
