Does anyone know if EA decisions will come in the mail or be viewable online?

I think it will be online only since they didnā€™t send letters during last yearā€™s RD cycle. They probably temporarily discontinued sending letters because of covid.

If Georgetown is your dream school, I recommend also seriously looking at schools that actually allowed students to be on campus in 2020/2021. We are paying a tremendous amount of money for all online classes, no student activities, no interaction with administration, and no input. Similar universities in similar locations have been able to bring students back. It has been an extremely disappointing experience.

Fingers crossed itā€™s a good sign. I also know some REA applicants that didnā€™t get it.

I got it as well, but Iā€™m thinking maybe some people didnā€™t get it because they donā€™t identify in any of their diversity program categories? I hope its a good sign tho.

True. I have a close relative that is a minority, but they didnā€™t receive one. So Iā€™m thinking maybe some people that got in got in.

I didnā€™t get it, but that seems like a wierd indicator to see if people got in or not. Itā€™s not like anyone is getting rejected, as all of the REA applicants will get deferred to RD if they donā€™t get in. Iā€™m sure theyā€™d still want all of the applicants, accepted or deferred, to attend the Diversity Series thing.

It was an invitation to a 5 day series of diversity focused events for Georgetown.

I got the email and I applied for SFS.

it could just be that people who officially signed up for the mailing list with the form on their website got the invitation, but I would think that everyone who applied would automatically be on the mailing list. guess weā€™ll find out.
