UIUC+georgia tech acceptance rate adds up to like 35% so I got a good chance of getting into at least one (

Does anyone know if Georgia Tech is usually on time with their release? Some schools release a bit earlier than stated so I’m wondering if it will be right at 7 or sometime before that.
In my “Upload Materials section”, Georgia Tech uploaded my high school transcript a second time at 2 AM today. Could this mean I’m getting deferred?

Since the beginning there has been two tabs, my offers, and my offer messages(I think, I’m going off memory here, it’s something like that), only one has had a submit button. I havnt checked my portal yet to see if that’s changed
