I don’t think it is as cut and dry as Purude. I agree it is a good sign, but for Purdue the sign was a form to sign up for a scolarship program for admitted students only within the admissions portal. This is far from the admission portal and could apply to anyone. If everyone had access, no one would even pay attention to it.

Sure, but that reason could be major (I have only seen comp sci majors have it), letter in alphabet name starts with, or an infinite number of things. Yes, it probably is related to acceptance, but we cannot say that for sure because people are really riding on this. It is a good sign, but I personally would not feel comfortable saying that they will 100% get in if they have it.
