I mean, thatās nice I guess, and maybe Iām cynical, but were they really impressed by āeach and every one of you.ā Seems a bit hyperbolic. But I do know a lot of kids who would do just fine at Tech do not get in, so they were probably impressed by some who were denied. Would actually appreciate a little more transparency though.
But on the other hand, if they said ā70% of yāall were too bad to even be deferredā sounds too harsh and nobody wants to hear that.

Yeah I guess itās too soon to hear that, and there are those mysterious IPs that do impact it and bc Ga Tech is a state school, there are some oos that would have gotten in had they been in state, so it is sort of complicated.
I think we realized too late just how EC and especially community service heavy GT is. And how much they like maybe beyond Calc even if you didnāt have it at your high school. All the Eagle Scout or volunteer fire dept kids with math above Calc seem to get in.
