<p>UCLA without a doubt. The quality of life is much better at UCLA. Happier students, Southern California sunshine, beautiful campus in Westwood/LA, great athletics, more well rounded, better social scene, and so on…</p>
<p>Academics are comparable at both if you are interested in engineering. Overall, UCLA is much stronger academically.</p>
<p>Georgia Tech may be ranked higher in many engineering areas, but I don’t think that will make much, if any, difference to your employers. Both have good engineering programs and the difference is negligible, especially at the undergrad level. Fit and overall happiness as a student are the most important aspect of this decision imo.</p>
