Did you mean watch you eat? For my Yale interview, I just had coke (she had coffee). For my Brown interview, we both had breakfast. I didn’t feel weird eating in front of my interviewer, but there was really no time to eat in between answering questions. So then I had half my food uneaten, and I felt really rude because my interviewer paid. I’m also a slow eater, though. For most others, it might not be a problem. Just to be on the safe side, I suggest scheduling your interview for the afternoon, so you don’t have to deal w/ this at all.

What Margit Dahl said about Starbucks is totally right. I had another one of my interviews at Starbucks, and I live in a really small town. Then I had to have my interview around people who probably knew me. Plus, the music was pretty loud and distracting. Awesome mocha frappuccino, though.
