Was it in the sinner’s alley thread or another one where someone would post every day or so that she was rolling through with cozy snacks? It went something like " Good morning everyone, I just left a warm apple coffee cake on the snack cart. Help yourselves to a slice."
It was such a warm-fuzzy kind of interaction. Maybe we need a little more of that right now…
I’m leaving a crock-pot of my tortilla soup here if someone wants some. I made it pretty mild but there’s a big bowl of roasted Hatch chilis right beside for those who want more spice.
It was “Deborah T” and her Virtual Monday Morning Coffee Cart. Just a really nice way to say “hey” in the morning - we’d all take turns offering special beverages - whatever you wanted, your wish was granted! And yes, sometimes there would be fresh baked goods. All virtual of course, but it was just a friendly thread - like the OP Deborah T - miss her!

On the USMA Yak, there was someone who would post to the cadets every night before taps, “Good night you princes of Maine, you kings of New England.” Whenever I saw that, I felt like they had been tucked in for the night and it made me smile. Would really like some of that in my life right now. What happened to @“Deborah T”?
