well the chicks on this thread just said (actually implied), guys who flirt creep them out.

If you think you might be creepy you probably are…

Just be the first one to make a move and if she thinks you’re just going to rape her she will either be overly polite and walk away or just act uninterested.

I never do because its highly likely that I’ll act creepy!

it’s not that we don’t want guys to approach us randomly, they just need to do so in a respectful way.

if a guy comes up to me and introduces himself and asks me about myself (where i go to school, what i’m studying, whatever), that’s way different than a guy who says stupid lines or otherwise shows that he very obviously has his mind on one thing…

(haha, i say this as if there are any guys who don’t…)

How about,

Hi, my name is MightyNick and I was wondering where you go to school, where you study because I think you’re drop dead gorgeous.

??

Yea, that should work.

^ Doesn’t matter for GatorEng, because the girls at UF are so atrocious that it takes very little game to get them.

lol, mad that I said your question is dumb?

Facebook stalk and choose your battle. :p

I didn’t type that with your comment in mind.

You do agree, however, that UF girls are ugly, right?

Um, no, I wouldn’t. Far from it.

What school do you go to, deluxe? UCF? FSU?

UF? University of Florida? I was always under the impression girls there were smokin hot.

I think creepy = Guys significantly older than me, or guys that look dirty, or guys that stare for way too long without making a move or guys that use any of the lines in the “Best line to get a date thread.”

lol nick, were you serious about that line? What does one thing have to do with the other?

hey so girls, just want to get this straight; going up to a girl and introducing yourself, and starting conversation like that isn’t considered creepy? I wouldn’t want to come off as a creep, but having her know my intentions wouldn’t be so bad either.

well yeah, that’s the advice people are giving me.

Nothing. I just want to make my intentions known.

No, I don’t think so. If anything I would find it flattering even if I don’t like the guy for whatever reason.

The standards are too high for hot girls to still get accepted to UF.

Again, smart and pretty are mutually exclusive.

Also, GatorEng, I go to UCF.

Let me steal it from you before you try to rub it in my face:
“UF IS SO MUCH BETER THEN OTHR SCHOLS IN FLORIDA> IF YOU DON"T GO TOO UF U R A LOOSER LOLOLO. TEH GATORS WILL PWN U NUBS.”

The message I want to get across to all of those UF losers that say the aforementioned crap is this:
- The “Gators” are professional athletes, not the students. Just because the Gators are good doesn’t mean that you can do crap.
- When you compare the syllabuses of Chem 2045, for example, the class material is the same for most of the schools in Florida (of those I have checked) with all of the concepts tested. Just because UF has grants, money from sports, and patents doesn’t mean anything about class difficulty.

Huh? McGill is a lot harder to get into than U of F for most people (unless you live in Quebec), and there’s still tons of hot girls. I’ve seen pictures on facebook of U o F girls that were in Maxim. I’ve always thought U of F was a decent southern party school.

For a school to attract ugly nerds, it has to be REALLY good, like everybody has 1460+ SATs. So yeah, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, MIT, Standford, Caltech all have really ugly girls on average. In fact, Duke is almost in this range and supposedly the girls are hot.

Deluxe, what’s up with accusations? I haven’t said anything. I’m sorry you have had bad experiences with UF students, but I’m sure you’d get along with me. :)

I have a few problems with some generalizations you’ve made in your post, but I’m not going there.
