Global Youth Summit on the Future of Medicine

Three points:

  1. My daughter really enjoyed the Global Youth Summit on the Future of Medicine.
  2. If you're interested in attending as a means of enhancing your applications to college, I doubt that my kid's attendance helped any more than, say, the demonstration that we could have paid for her to spend a couple of weeks to inexpertly attempt to build a hospital/school/et cetera in a third-world country; admission officers have seen this sort of thing before, over and over again, and there much better ways to catch their eyes.
  3. The program functions as an efficient means to introduce students to Brandeis and as a recruiting tool for the university. If you visit, you'll see that it's a nice place.
