<p>greenbutton: Pa has been working hard to get vouchers since my children were in elementary school. That was 20 years ago. We aren’t getting vouchers.</p>

<p>Local school districts are beginning to offer cyber classes themselves inorder to keep the money local. The deep cuts have more to do with teachers pensions than cyber schools.</p>

<p>I was thinking that lump sum check would have been taxed to the nines as was a payout I once had for 1000 hours of vacation/PTO that had ‘inadvertently’ been missed by payroll. Granted when I did my taxes most of it came back, but meanwhile I was ‘missing’ a good third of that check. :(</p>
