Students who do to disadvantage/low-achieving schools live in disadvantaged neighborhoods and thus have more obstacles than those who don’t live under those conditions. If one doesn’t have access to resources, they may not have the ability to achieve their full potential and show that. No one is “lucky” to go to a low-achieving school.</p>
