<p>I called to find out for the 2011 scholarships… and after waiting roughly an hour, someone answered. She said that they are revamping all scholarships. I asked, “one thing for sure, there won’t be a Golden Oaks Scholarship, right?” And she answered, “no,” meaning that they won’t be offering it for fall 2011.</p>
<p>That, however, doesn’t mean they won’t be offering anything. The chair of engineering said they might offer it, but with a 10k scholarship instead. And if your state doesn’t offer petE, they may be able to pay for you to get in-state tuition (she gave examples like Mississippi). So I wouldn’t be too worried.</p>
