<p>I will attest that the golf courses are as good as they say they are. My first free weekend after basic I hitched a ride down to the courses, it was ALOT of fun. The courses here on base are rated #1 in the DOD, and the prices are super cheap for cadets. Like 7 bucks at peak rate and 3 for twlight. 
I have alot of friends who bike around here and like Petko said, depending on what you want to do, mountain, road, its all availble here and the during the summers you can allways head up into backcountry(the Rocky Mts. being right here) :)</p>
