<p>aside from that, if you wanna go to CAL or USC, most CC’s in socal do have agreements with CAL but not with USC. USC is private so they look at everyone equally i guess. From what i know, no CC has any sort of “priority” over another. </p>

<p>But some CC’s do have priority admission agreemnts with UC’s, while some dont. so be sure the oen you go to does.</p>
