OMG - you described W&L. Lots of money awarded, even if you don’t win the Johnson Scholarship; small, quaint town; preppy, but plenty of diverse kids (and the school is working HARD to attract more); lots of alumnae support; academic but fun. My did loves the outdoorsy-ness and the town.
