Have you considered looking at schools that are on LECOM’s Early Acceptance list? I will be attending Washington & Jefferson this fall as a bio major not only because I loved the school for the reasons you are describing and more, but also because I was interviewed and received early acceptance into their 4+4 Dental program. Of course, it is important to find a school that you will love regardless of your plans for graduate school, but I know that having this plan in place is definitely reassuring. There is a list on LECOM’s website that shows affiliated undergrads and tons of them are LACs in the northeast
