<p>Well, don’t be quick to judge his/her motives. Yes, that’s what s/he typed and posted. I will not dispute that. But there’s always the possibility that s/he felt like lifting the spirits of fellow Yale applicants (even for a moment) in the process. Who knows? I don’t. You don’t. And quite honestly, subsequent posters (save you) were quite appreciative of her gesture, so ultimately you’re at odds with the entire thread. Let’s not make hasty generalizations either. I could say you’re the epitome of MANY things, but this would all be “said” out of anger, and as you have hopefully come to realize: that is not my style at all.</p>
