You guys! The team sent my supplemental form in November to my google email instead of the one that I regularly check (yahoo) and I just saw the form. 
I feel like this ruined my chances and all this time I have been feeling discouraged because they never reached out to me, in reality, I just checked the wrong email. I don’t know what to do now
