Hi! I have been following this thread for a while now, and I have received my offer from Google earlier this month and wanted to share my experience. I submitted my application in early October and received a supplement form late October. Then, I received an email for interviews in mid-Nov and interviewed in late Nov and early Dec. Finally, I received my offer a week after my interviews. I did not submit a cover letter nor have a referral, so don’t get discouraged. However, I do know that some teams have already filled up but don’t lose hope. And good luck to all of you guys!

I will be part of the GCS team in the Bay area. I was originally assigned to a different location but my interview got delayed so I had to be transferred to a different location because the other team has already filled up. Also, I believe a lot of Ann Arbor positions have been filled.
Hey guys, so in my supplemental form (11/25 submitted), I put more than one top organization for my preference, like marketing, customer service, communications. I also received the thank you for the interest email. Do y’all think that it won’t be a problem??
I have been paying attention to this thread. I wanted to kindly add to the discussion. I applied for the internship in mid August and received a supplemental form email in October. I am waiting to hear back in regards to an interview but hope I can be offered one in the month of January. I am pursuing other internships, but this Google one is at the very top of my list and honestly, I think about it just a little too much, haha. Hope everything goes well for the rest of you.
I was supposed to hear back from my recruiter in a week’s time after my interviews and he did mention that communication could be slightly delayed because of the holidays! However, it’s been two weeks. Should I email him?

@Juvee26 i don’t believe it’ll be a problem. However I did email them to clarify this. I don’t want to be out the running because of a mistake ?
@awill96 clarify what? Also, who did you email? I really hope it won’t be a problem, I picked more than one preference because I couldn’t decide just one, so I just put three (for both of the options: top and interested) I think the MBA email is just explaining more about this internship.
I received the MBA email as well; I thought I was the only one, but I guess they just sent it to the wrong email list. Maybe they’ll send a correction soon?
