It’s interesting that before cheaters get caught, it’s all about themselves. It’s all about selfishly trying to get something with no thought as to how it impacts others.
And, then, after they get caught, it’s still all about themselves. It’s how to avoid punishment, how to get off easily, how to get sympathy. There is still no thought as to how this affects the other students, the teachers or the system as a whole.
It would be a refreshing change to see a cheater ask how to make full restitution including attempting to repair the damage done to others who weren’t even involved in the bad acting.
