<p>Howdy Rohank!</p>
<p>You do not have to be in the top 10% of your high school graduating class to apply to the University Honors Program:
“Any student applying for admission to Texas A&M University may also apply to the University Honors Program. We invite any student who seeks an enriched, demanding curriculum to submit an application, regardless of their class rank and standardized test scores. Selection preference will be given to students who are named as National Merit® Scholars, National Achievement® Scholars, and National Hispanic Scholars.”

<p>Students who do not wish to be in the University Honors Program or are not selected may still register for available sections in Honors courses the week before Fall classes start if they meet class rank and test score requirements: [University</a> Honors Program](<a href=“http://honors.tamu.edu/Honors/index.html#Options]University”>http://honors.tamu.edu/Honors/index.html#Options)</p>
<p>Hope this helps!</p>
