<p>Arts and Sciences does use plus and minus grades. I believe the breakdown is:
A+/A = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
etc…
Engineering does not use plus or minus to calculate GPA’s even though they give them.</p>
