Emory’s School of Nursing does not accept students directly from high school. While Emory does consider race and background, if she has a 92 GPA and only plans to take 2 AP classes in high school, she’s probably not competitive for Emory. (Of course, she could be if her school does not offer many APs and all other factors, such as ECs and SAT, are great).

However, depending on her ACT/SAT score, she might be competitive for Oxford College of Emory University. She could attend Oxford–or any other college or university–for two years, taking the prerequisite course, and then apply to Emory’s School of Nursing.
