<p>Weighted GPAs mean almost nothing in college admissions because every school does it differently and it is not stadarized.
Weighted GPAs only serve one purpose and that is to determine your class rank.</p>

<p>wow it’s amazing how many different scales there are for GPAs . . . . Anyways:</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Rank: 1/894 (I go to a huge school that has a graduating class of 802, so I guess that’s why the junior class is also huge)
SAT: 2140 :frowning: worse than my PSATs, oh well at least I’m retaking in June . . . hopefully I can get a better essay grade this time</p>
