Grandma cheated on test 47 years ago confesses to cheating

mini - perhaps you should go on Good Morning America ;)

after 47 years, I think I would just wait for senility to set in.

Anyone think that perhaps she has recently entered AA and is trying to make amends for past misdeeds…

She should also turn in her HS diploma and professional credentials.

You know NJres, I felt the same way and I was being hard on the woman. Had she gotten caught cheating, there may have been a very different outcome (failing the course, suspension, maybe not getting into the college she did and working as an RN). While she said she always felt guilty about the cheating she never felt guilty enough to step up and had no problem accpepting everything that her cheating may have contributed to.

While yes I am glad that she fessed up, I though because of the timing it was almost hollow because who was she making amends to (the teacher and administration have probably passed on)

Publicity stunt. She was probably bored, lonely, or being ignored by her family. Next thing you know, she will be on Larry King, have her bio written by Kitty Kelly, and a movie by Michael Moore,

CHeating is the worst thing u can ever do. U cheat urself of learning and also…good grades aren’t worth the guilty feeling .
