Greek Life at UW: What are the top frats/sororities?

What do you mean by top? Fewest weeks of suspension? Most parties? Least injuries from hazing? No deaths from hazing? Fewest drug or alcohol related arrests? Best frat house, most money raised for charity, highest gpa, etc?

Just last night there is this on greek row: [Couches set on fire north of 45th after UW football win - The Daily of the University of Washington](http://dailyuw.com/2010/10/2/couches-set-fire-north-45th-after-uw-football-win)

My opinion is that frats are somewhat beneficial because they provide an immediate social network of friends, provide more parties, provide frat-leadership opportunities, and even a post-graduation employment network. There are serious downsides, however. In my opinion, I would never join one because I think greek life pushes a lot of people toward a frat-mentality, where it is more acceptable to do things like burn couches after a football game. Couches are cheap, but incidents like that are expensive and disruptive to everyone else.
