Imo there is much to be concerned about. georgia has pretty lax gun laws with no requirement for training to get a permit to conceal and carry. I don’t believe anyone is allowed to ask you if you have a permit if they should happen to see your gun. And the stand your ground laws in Georgia have been strengthened as well. Students who go to school where there is campus carry describe a higher level of anxiety (not the ones who are carrying) and professors complain of brain drain and chilled freedom of speech in the classroom. How sad that our kids have to attend college in this environment. My out of state child, who was accepted EA, will not be attending.
