<p>Haas is pretty competitive; even more so than Berkeley itself which is already ridiculously competitive. I assume you’re not a native English-speaker which could work to your advantage. If not, then work on your spelling and grammar.</p>
<p>To answer your question, no I don’t think that you will be accepted to Haas. If all you want to major in is business though, then you may as well apply but please apply elsewhere as well.</p>
