I’m sorry for the people affected, but it’s utterly delusional to think that anything will change or that there will be any consequences for anyone in the government.

^^ The same can be said about Anthem (80 million people affected), Target (70 million), Neiman Marcus (1.1 million), Home Depot (56 million), JP Morgan Chase (76 million) and all of the other companies who were careless with our data. Since neither people nor systems will ever be perfect, we must assume that this is the new normal. Our data is not safe anywhere. Get used to it.
